EFT & Bank Transfer Payments

TurnStay supports bank transfer (EFT) as a payment method alongside card payments. When a guest selects bank transfer at checkout, they receive payment instructions and transfer the funds directly from their bank account.

When a guest chooses to pay via bank transfer, TurnStay generates a set of payment instructions tied to their booking. The guest makes the transfer from their bank, and once funds are received and matched to the payment, the transaction is confirmed.

Both domestic and international bank transfer options are available, so guests with non-local bank accounts are not blocked from using this payment method.

Domestic transfer
For guests with a local bank account. Payment instructions use the local banking network - faster settlement, no international transfer fees.
SWIFT transfer
For guests with an international bank account. Payment instructions include a SWIFT/BIC code and IBAN or account number. Settlement may take longer depending on the sending bank.

The correct payment instructions are provided to the guest based on their situation - both routes arrive at the same destination.
