Viewing & Downloading Statements

Your TurnStay Dashboard generates a monthly statement for each billing period. Each statement covers the payments processed, refunds issued, and any chargebacks recorded during that month - along with the applicable fees. Once you begin transacting on the platform, TurnStay will automatically send you a copy of your statement each month.

Accessing your statement

1. Log in to your TurnStay Dashboard

2. Navigate to Statements and select the month you want to view

3. Review the statement - it covers all transactions processed during that calendar month

4. Download as PDF using the download option on the statement page

Statements are generated per calendar month. If you need a specific period, contact TurnStay at support@turnstay.com.

VAT on your statement

Where applicable, VAT is calculated on TurnStay’s fees and shown as a separate line on your statement. The VAT rate applied is based on your account’s registered entity location.
