Transfers
A transfer moves funds from one wallet to another. This is useful for moving money between currencies, consolidating balances, or funding a specific wallet for outgoing payments.
Making a transfer
Section titled “Making a transfer”-
Go to Treasury → Wallets and open the wallet you want to transfer from

Select Transfer

Choose the destination wallet and enter the amount

If the wallets are in different currencies, you’ll see the exchange rate and converted amount before confirming — review this carefully

Confirm the transfer — funds move immediately once confirmed
Same-currency vs cross-currency transfers
Section titled “Same-currency vs cross-currency transfers”Same-currency transfers If both wallets hold the same currency, the transfer is straightforward — the amount moves directly with no conversion.
Cross-currency transfers If the wallets hold different currencies, TurnStay automatically applies an FX conversion. The exchange rate is shown to you before you confirm, so you always know exactly what you’re getting on the other side.
Transfer statuses
Section titled “Transfer statuses”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Transfer is being processed |
| Complete | Funds have arrived in the destination wallet |
| Failed | The transfer did not complete — contact support if this occurs |
