What is TurnStay Treasury?
TurnStay Treasury is a funds management platform built for businesses that need more than just payment processing. It gives you a centralised place to hold, move, and manage money across multiple currencies — whether you’re collecting revenue, paying vendors, or moving funds between accounts.
What Treasury lets you do

Transfer funds between your wallets, send payments to vendors and recipients, and withdraw to your bank account.
Convert currencies
Move money across currencies with exchange rates shown upfront before you confirm any conversion.
Pay anyone
Send payments to saved beneficiaries — either directly to a bank account or wallet, or via a claimable payment link.
Key concepts
Section titled “Key concepts”Wallets A wallet holds a balance in a specific currency. You can have multiple wallets across different currencies. All your balances, activity, and transaction history are visible from the Treasury dashboard.
Deposits A deposit is how funds arrive into a wallet — either via bank transfer using your virtual account details, or on-chain for stablecoin wallets.
Withdrawals A withdrawal moves funds from your wallet out to a registered bank account.
Transfers A transfer moves funds between two wallets — for example, from your USD wallet to your EUR wallet, with automatic FX conversion applied if the currencies differ.
Beneficiaries A beneficiary is a saved payment recipient — either an external bank account or another wallet. Setting them up in advance makes sending payments faster.
Payments A payment sends funds from your wallet to a beneficiary. You can pay directly to a bank account, to another wallet, or send a claimable payment link that the recipient can redeem themselves.
Who can access Treasury?
Section titled “Who can access Treasury?”Treasury is available to all TurnStay merchants. However, wallet operations — including creating wallets, making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments — require Admin access. Team members without Admin rights can view Treasury but cannot perform transactions.
