Claimable payment
Send a payment link to a recipient via email. They choose how to receive the funds — bank account or wallet — and claim at their convenience.
Go to Treasury → Payments or initiate from within a wallet
Select Send Payment
Choose your payment method — bank account or wallet
Select the beneficiary from your saved list (or add a new one)
Enter the amount and review the details
Confirm — the payment is sent immediately
A claimable payment is useful when you want to send funds to someone who isn’t yet set up as a beneficiary, or when you want to let the recipient choose how they receive the funds.
Go to Treasury → Payments
Select Send Payment and choose Claimable Payment
Enter the recipient’s email address and the amount
Confirm — the recipient receives an email with a secure link to claim their funds
They choose to receive via bank account or wallet and complete the claim
The payment shows as Awaiting Claim until the recipient redeems it.
