What's Inside a Payout
Every payout from TurnStay is a consolidated view of your account’s activity over a settlement period. Rather than a single unexplained transfer, each payout is a precise calculation - built from your payments, adjusted for any refunds or chargebacks, and converted where needed into your payout currency.

Breaking it down
Section titled “Breaking it down”Payments
Section titled “Payments”Each payment that settled during the period appears as its own line item: the guest name, booking reference, amount collected, and the date it was confirmed. These are the raw earnings that start your payout calculation.
Deductions
Section titled “Deductions”Deductions reduce what you receive. They’re listed individually so you always know exactly what’s been subtracted and why.

| Chargeback | A dispute was resolved in the guest’s favour - the disputed amount is recovered |
Every deduction links directly back to the underlying payment, so reconciliation is always one click away.
Additions
Section titled “Additions”Occasionally, amounts are added back to your payout - for example, if a prior deduction was reversed or an adjustment was credited to your account. These are listed separately from payments so they’re immediately visible.
Viewing your payout breakdown
Section titled “Viewing your payout breakdown”-
Go to Payments → Payouts in your TurnStay Dashboard

Select any payout from the list to open its detail view

Expand the breakdown to reveal each payment line item, deduction, and addition that makes up the total

Click any line item to drill through to the individual transaction, refund, or chargeback
Your account amount vs your payout amount
Section titled “Your account amount vs your payout amount”Payout amount
The net amount actually sent to your bank. If your payout currency differs from your account currency, TurnStay converts the balance and shows you the exchange rate applied.
