Withdrawals
A withdrawal moves funds from your Treasury wallet to a registered bank account. Before you can withdraw, you’ll need at least one bank account saved to your account.
Withdrawing funds
Section titled “Withdrawing funds”-
Go to Treasury → Wallets and open the wallet you want to withdraw from

Select Withdraw

Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and select the destination bank account

Review the details and confirm the withdrawal — this is your chance to check everything before funds move

The withdrawal will appear in your activity feed as Pending and update as it progresses
Setting up a bank account for withdrawals
Section titled “Setting up a bank account for withdrawals”If you haven’t added a bank account yet, you’ll need to do this first.

Go to Treasury → Bank Accounts

Select Add Bank Account

Enter your bank details — the fields required depend on your region:
Detail When required Account name Always Account number Most regions IBAN Europe and international transfers Sort code UK accounts Routing number US accounts SWIFT / BIC International transfers -
Save — your bank account is now available as a withdrawal destination
Withdrawal statuses
Section titled “Withdrawal statuses”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Withdrawal has been confirmed and is being processed |
| In transit | Funds are on their way to your bank |
| Complete | Funds have arrived in your bank account |
| Failed | The withdrawal did not complete — contact support if this occurs |
